Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، وَأَبُو قَطَنٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ: قَالَ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَيَّ مُتَعَمِّدًا، فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ "، وَلَمْ يَقُلْ أَبُو قَطَنٍ: " مُتَعَمِّدًا " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that Abu al-Qasim (ﷺ) said: Whoever deliberately attributes a false statement to me, he should make his abode in Hell.
