حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ الْبُنَانِيِّ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ فِي مَسِيرٍ لَهُ، وكَانَ حَادٍ يَحْدُو بِنِسَائِهِ - أَوْ سَائِقٌ - قَالَ: فَكَانَ نِسَاؤُهُ يَتَقَدَّمْنَ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ، فَقَالَ: " يَا أَنْجَشَةُ وَيْحَكَ، ارْفُقْ بِالْقَوَارِيرِ ". (٣)، ، قَالَ شُعْبَةُ: هَذَا فِي الْحَدِيثِ مِنْ نَحْوِ قَوْلِهِ: " وَإِنْ وَجَدْنَاهُ لَبَحْرًا "،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (ﷺ) was on a journey and the camel driver was driving the mounts of the Mothers of the Believers. He began to drive the animals quickly, upon which the Prophet (ﷺ) said with a smile, "Anjasha! Drive gently with these glass vessels."
