Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ، وَعَفَّانُ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ قَائِمًا يُصَلِّي فِي بَيْتِهِ، فَجَاءَ رَجُلٌ فَاطَّلَعَ فِي الْبَيْتِ - وَقَالَ عَفَّانُ: فِي بَيْتِهِ - فَأَخَذَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَهْمًا مِنْ كِنَانَتِهِ، فَسَدَّدَهُ نَحْوَ عَيْنَيْهِ حَتَّى انْصَرَفَ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (ﷺ) was standing and offering prayer in his house when a man came and began to look inside through a hole. The Prophet (ﷺ) took an arrow from his quiver and pointed it towards him, so the man moved back.
