Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " رُؤْيَا الْمُؤْمِنِ - أَوِ الْمُسْلِمِ - جُزْءٌ مِنْ سِتَّةٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ جُزْءًا مِنَ النُّبُوَّةِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) on the authority of Ubadah bin Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: A Muslim's dream is one forty-sixth part of prophethood.
