حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: إِنْ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَيُصِيبُ التَّمْرَةَ فَيَقُولُ: " لَوْلَا أَنِّي أَخْشَى أَنَّهَا مِنَ الصَّدَقَةِ لَأَكَلْتُهَا " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that sometimes the Prophet (ﷺ) would find a date lying on the road, and the Prophet (ﷺ) would say: If I did not fear that it might be from charity, I would have eaten it.
