حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا بُرْدَةَ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ: " نَهَانِي رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ أَضَعَ الْخَاتَمَ فِي الْوُسْطَى " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated that ‘Ali (رضي الله عنه) said:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade me to put the ring on the middle finger.
