Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ شُرَيْحٍ، (٢) عَنْ أَبِي بَحْرٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " عَجِبْتُ لِلْمُؤْمِنِ، إِنَّ اللهَ لَا يَقْضِي لِلْمُؤْمِنِ قَضَاءً إِلَّا كَانَ خَيْرًا لَهُ " (٣) " أَبُو بَحْرٍ اسْمُهُ ثَعْلَبَةُ "،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) saying: I am amazed at the believer, for whatever decision Allah makes for him, it is always better for him.
