حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ، وَحَجَّاجٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ قَتَادَةَ، يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " إِنَّ الْأَنْصَارَ كَرِشِي وَعَيْبَتِي، وَإِنَّ النَّاسَ سَيَكْثُرُونَ وَيَقِلُّونَ، فَاقْبَلُوا مِنْ مُحْسِنِهِمْ، وَاعْفُوا عَنْ مُسِيئِهِمْ " وَقَالَ حَجَّاجٌ: " عَنْ مُسِنِّهِمْ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "The Ansar are my protection. People will continue to increase while the Ansar will decrease, so accept the good deeds of the Ansar and overlook and forgive their wrongdoers."
