حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ابْنِ عُلَيَّةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ صُهَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَأَى صِبْيَانًا ونِّسَاءً (١) مُقْبِلِينَ، - قَالَ عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ: حَسِبْتُ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: مِنْ عُرْسٍ - فَقَامَ نَّبِيُّ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُمْثِلًا (٢) فَقَالَ: " اللهُمَّ أَنْتُمْ مِنْ أَحَبِّ، ، النَّاسِ إِلَيَّ، اللهُمَّ أَنْتُمْ مِنْ أَحَبِّ النَّاسِ إِلَيَّ، اللهُمَّ أَنْتُمْ مِنْ أَحَبِّ النَّاسِ إِلَيَّ " يَعْنِي الْأَنْصَارَ (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that some women and children of the Ansar were passing by the Prophet (ﷺ) as they were coming from a wedding. The Prophet (ﷺ) stood and said three times, "By Allah! You are the most beloved to me."
