Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (ﷺ) and Zaid bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) took suhoor together. After finishing suhoor, the Prophet (ﷺ) stood up for prayer and led the prayer. We began to ask Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) how much time there was between finishing suhoor and standing for prayer. He replied: As long as it takes for a man to recite fifty verses.
