حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَنَسًا قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " غَدْوَةٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ، أَوْ رَوْحَةٌ خَيْرٌ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا وَمَا فِيهَا " (٢)،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: To set out for jihad in the way of Allah in the morning or evening is better than the world and whatever is in it.
