English translation

It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: A believer is one from whom people are safe; a Muslim is one from whose tongue and hand other Muslims remain safe; an emigrant is one who migrates from sins; and by Him in Whose hand is my soul, no person will enter Paradise until his neighbor is safe from his harm.
