حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ الْبُنَانِيِّ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " حُفَّتِ الْجَنَّةُ بِالْمَكَارِهِ، وَحُفَّتِ النَّارُ بِالشَّهَوَاتِ " (٢)، ،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Paradise has been surrounded by hardships and Hell has been surrounded by desires.
