Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Once, when I was a child playing with other children, suddenly a man came and he grabbed me and split open my stomach. He took out a clot of congealed blood from it and threw it away, saying, "This was the portion of Satan in your body." Then he washed my stomach with Zamzam water from a golden basin, and then he stitched it up and closed it. Seeing this, all the children ran to my mother and said, "Muhammad (ﷺ) has been killed." My mother came running and saw that the color of the blessed face of the Prophet (ﷺ) was changing. Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) says that we used to see the marks of the stitching on the blessed chest of the Prophet (ﷺ).
