Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ، حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ طَهْمَانَ الْبَكْرِيُّ (٢) قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ: " جَاءَ رَجُلٌ حَتَّى اطَّلَعَ فِي حُجْرَةِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَامَ نَبِيُّ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَخَذَ مِشْقَصًا، فَجَاءَ حَتَّى حَاذَى، ، بِالرَّجُلِ، وَجَاءَ بِهِ وَأَخْنَسَ الرَّجُلُ فَذَهَبَ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (ﷺ) was sitting in his house when a man came and began to look inside through a hole. The Prophet (ﷺ) threw the comb he was holding in his hand at him, so the man moved back.
