Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمُقْرِئُ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: " كَانَتْ قِرَاءَةُ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَدًّا يَمُدُّ بِهَا مَدًّا " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that regarding the manner of the recitation of the Prophet (ﷺ), it is narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) used to prolong his voice.
