Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " دَخَلْتُ الْجَنَّةَ فَسَمِعْتُ بَيْنَ يَدَيَّ خَشَفَةً، فَقُلْتُ مَا هَذَا؟ قَالُوا: الْغُمَيْصَاءُ بِنْتُ مِلْحَانَ أُمُّ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ " (٣)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: I entered Paradise and heard the sound of footsteps ahead of me. I looked and it was Ghumaisa bint Milhan, who was the mother of Anas (may Allah be pleased with him).
