حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ السُّدِّيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُبَيْرَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ أَبَا طَلْحَةَ سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ أَيْتَامٍ وَرِثُوا خَمْرًا، فَقَالَ: " أَهْرِقْهَا " قَالَ: أَفَلَا نَجْعَلُهَا خَلًّا؟ قَالَ: " لَا " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that Abu Talha (may Allah be pleased with him) asked the Prophet (ﷺ): If orphan children inherit wine, what is the ruling? He replied: Pour it away. He said: Can we not make it into vinegar? He replied: No.
