حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ الدَّسْتُوَائِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي عِصَامٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَتَنَفَّسُ فِي الْإِنَاءِ ثَلَاثًا وَيَقُولُ: " هَذَا أَهْنَأُ، وَأَمْرَأُ وَأَبْرَأُ " (١)،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) used to drink water in three breaths and used to say that this method is easier, more pleasant, and more beneficial.
