حَدَّثَنَا قُرَّانُ بْنُ تَمَّامٍ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ (١) ، عَنْ بُرَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَا اسْتَجَارَ عَبْدٌ مِنَ النَّارِ ثَلَاثَ مِرَارٍ إِلَّا قَالَتِ النَّارُ: اللهُمَّ أَجِرْهُ مِنِّي، وَلَا يَسْأَلُ الْجَنَّةَ إِلَّا قَالَتِ الْجَنَّةُ: اللهُمَّ أَدْخِلْهُ إِيَّايَ " (٢)،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever seeks refuge from Hell three times, Hell itself says, "O Allah! Save this servant from me." And whoever asks for Paradise three times, Paradise itself says, "O Allah! Grant this servant entry into me."
