حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ رُفَيْعٍ قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ قُلْتُ: أَخْبِرْنِي بِشَيْءٍ عَقِلْتَهُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَيْنَ صَلَّى الظُّهْرَ يَوْمَ التَّرْوِيَةِ؟ قَالَ: " بِمِنًى " وَأَيْنَ صَلَّى الْعَصْرَ يَوْمَ النَّفْرِ؟ قَالَ: " بِالْأَبْطَحِ " قَالَ: ثُمَّ قَالَ: افْعَلْ كَمَا يَفْعَلُ أُمَرَاؤُكَ (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
Abdul Aziz bin Rafi’ (may Allah have mercy on him) says that once I asked Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), “If you know regarding the Prophet (ﷺ), please tell me where he performed the Zuhr prayer on the 8th of Dhul-Hijjah?” He replied, “At Mina.” I asked, “Where did he perform the Asr prayer on the day of departure?” He replied, “At the place of Abtah.” Then he said, “You should do as your leaders do.”
