حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ - وَأَظُنُّنِي قَدْ سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ أَنَسٍ - أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَرَّ بِرَجُلٍ يَسُوقُ بَدَنَةً فَقَالَ: " ارْكَبْهَا " قَالَ: إِنَّهَا بَدَنَةٌ قَالَ: " ارْكَبْهَا " مَرَّتَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاثًا (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (ﷺ) passed by a man who was driving a sacrificial animal. The Prophet (ﷺ) told him to ride it. He replied, "This is a sacrificial animal." The Prophet (ﷺ) told him two or three times to ride it.
