حَدَّثَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَبَأٍ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ تَمِيمٍ، عَنْ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ الْيَزَنِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ مُغِيثٍ (٣) الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ، قَالَ: قَضَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ صَاحِبَ الدَّابَّةِ أَحَقُّ بِصَدْرِهَا (١) .،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated from `Urwah bin Mugheeth al-Ansari, that 'Umar bin al-Khattab رضي الله عنه said:
The Prophet (ﷺ) ﷺ ruled that the owner of a mount is more entitled to ride on the front part of it.
