Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) heard a man reciting Surah Ikhlas, so he said, "It has become obligatory." The people asked, "O Messenger of Allah! What has become obligatory?" He replied, "Paradise has become obligatory for him." Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) says that I thought of going to him and giving him this glad tidings and sacrificing my breakfast, but then I feared that my breakfast with the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) might be missed. So later, when I reached that man, he had already left.
