حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ (٤) ، عَنِ الْجُرَيْرِيِّ، قَالَ:، ، سَمِعْتُ أَبَا نَضْرَةَ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ شُتَيْرِ بْنِ نَهَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " يَدْخُلُ فُقَرَاءُ أُمَّتِي الْجَنَّةَ قَبْلَ أَغْنِيَائِهِمْ بِنِصْفِ يَوْمٍ " قَالَ: وَتَلَا: {وَإِنَّ يَوْمًا عِنْدَ رَبِّكَ كَأَلْفِ سَنَةٍ مِمَّا تَعُدُّونَ} [الحج: ٤٧] (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: The poor believers will enter Paradise five hundred years before the wealthy Muslims. Then the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) recited this verse: "And a day with your Lord is as a thousand years of your counting."
