حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، وَعَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِذَا أَحَبَّ اللهُ الْعَبْدَ نَادَى جِبْرِيلَ: إِنَّ اللهَ قَدْ أَحَبَّ فُلَانًا فَأَحِبُّوهُ. فَيُحِبُّهُ جِبْرِيلُ ثُمَّ يُنَادِي جِبْرِيلُ فِي أَهْلِ السَّمَاءِ: إِنَّ اللهَ قَدْ أَحَبَّ فُلَانًا فَأَحِبُّوهُ. فَيُحِبُّهُ أَهْلُ السَّمَاءِ، ثُمَّ يُوضَعُ لَهُ الْقَبُولُ فِي أَهْلِ الْأَرْضِ " (٤)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said: When Allah loves a servant, He says to Jibreel (peace be upon him): I love such and such servant, so you also love him. And Jibreel says to the inhabitants of the heavens: Your Lord loves such and such person, so you also love him. Thus, all the inhabitants of the heavens begin to love him. After that, acceptance for him is placed among the people of the earth.
