حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانَ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " نَهَى عَنْ صِيَامِ يَوْمَيْنِ: يَوْمِ الْفِطْرِ، وَيَوْمِ النَّحْرِ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) forbade fasting on the two days of Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha.
