حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَنْ أَفْلَسَ بِمَالِ قَوْمٍ، فَرَأَى رَجُلٌ مَتَاعَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ، فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ " (٦)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: If a man is declared bankrupt and someone finds his own property with him in its original form, then he has more right to that property than others.
