حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " الْبَهِيمَةُ عَقْلُهَا جُبَارٌ، وَالْمَعْدِنُ عَقْلُهَا جُبَارٌ، وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: The wound caused by a beast is without liability; the blood of one who dies by falling into a well is without liability; the blood of one who dies in a mine is also without liability; and for buried treasure (found by someone), one-fifth (khums) is obligatory.
