It is narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: A sinful woman saw a dog on a very hot day circling around a well, its tongue hanging out due to thirst. She took off her shoe, filled it with water, and gave it to the dog to drink. Because of this act, she was forgiven.
