حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يَقُولُ: " اسْتَقْرَضْتُ عَبْدِي فَلَمْ يُقْرِضْنِي، وَسَبَّنِي عَبْدِي وَلَا يَدْرِي، يَقُولُ: وَا دَهْرَاهُ وَا دَهْرَاهُ، وَأَنَا الدَّهْرُ " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: I asked my servant for a loan, but he did not give it, and my servant unknowingly speaks ill of Me and says, "Alas, the times! Alas, the times!" Whereas I am the Creator of time.
