حَدَّثَنَا عَبِيدَةُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ، قَالَ: سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَيَرْقُدُ الرَّجُلُ إِذَا، ، أَجْنَبَ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ إِذَا تَوَضَّأَ " (١) .،

Translation

English translation

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar, that 'Umar bin al-Khattab رضي الله عنه said:

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked: Can a man go to sleep when he is junub? He said: `Yes, if he does wudoo’.`
