Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَا كَانَ أَسْفَلَ مِنَ الْكَعْبَيْنِ مِنَ الْإِزَارِ، فَهُوَ فِي النَّارِ " قَالَ شُعْبَةُ: وَكَانَ سَعِيدٌ قَدْ كَبِرَ (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: The part of the trousers that hangs below the ankles will be in Hell.
