حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْبَكْرِيُّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " السَّفَرُ قِطْعَةٌ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ، لِأَنَّ الرَّجُلَ يَشْتَغِلُ فِيهِ عَنْ صِيَامِهِ وَصَلَاتِهِ وَعِبَادَتِهِ، فَإِذَا قَضَى أَحَدُكُمْ نَهْمَتَهُ مِنْ سَفَرِهِ، فَلْيُعَجِّلِ الرُّجُوعَ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Travel is a portion of torment; it deprives one of food, drink, and sleep. So when one of you has fulfilled his need, let him return to his family as soon as possible."
