Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ هَانِئِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ: جَاءَ عَمَّارٌ يَسْتَأْذِنُ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ: " ائْذَنُوا لَهُ، مَرْحَبًا بِالطَّيِّبِ الْمُطَيَّبِ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated that ‘Ali (رضي الله عنه) said:
`Ammar came and asked permission to enter upon the Prophet (ﷺ) and he said: `Let him in; welcome to the good one, the purified one.”
