Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنِ أَبِي حَازِمٍ (٢) ، عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، وَلَا يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ، وَلَا يُزَكِّيهِمْ، وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ: شَيْخٌ زَانٍ، وَمَلِكٌ كَذَّابٌ، وَعَائِلٌ مُسْتَكْبِرٌ " (٣)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: There are three types of people with whom Allah will neither speak on the Day of Resurrection, nor will He look at them with mercy, nor will He purify them, and for them there will be a painful punishment: a lying ruler, an old adulterer, and a proud poor person.
