حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ جَارِيَةَ، عَنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مِنْ حِينِ يَخْرُجُ أَحَدُكُمْ مِنْ بَيْتِهِ إِلَى مَسْجِدِي فَرِجْلٌ تَكْتُبُ حَسَنَةً، وَرِجْلٌ تَمْحُو سَيِّئَةً " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever among you leaves his house for my mosque, for each step he takes, a good deed is written for him and the other step erases his sins.
