حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الْمُثَنَّى، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ: عَنْ بُشَيْرِ بْنِ كَعْبٍ، عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " إِذَا تَشَاجَرْتُمْ - أَوْ، ، اخْتَلَفْتُمْ فِي الطَّرِيقِ - فَدَعُوا سَبْعَ أَذْرُعٍ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: When people disagree about the measurement of a path, then resolve it by agreeing upon seven cubits.
