Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا صَالِحٌ، مَوْلَى التَّوْأَمَةِ، عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَنْ غَسَّلَ مَيِّتًا فَلْيَغْتَسِلْ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever bathes a deceased person should also take a bath himself.
