Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ إِنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ حَاجَةٌ قَضَاهَا ثُمَّ يَنَامُ كَهَيْئَتِهِ لاَ يَمَسُّ مَاءً .
Translation
English translation
It was narrated that 'Aishah said:
"The Messenger of Allah, if he needed any of his wives, would satisfy his needs then he would sleep as he was, without touching water."
