Original Arabic

حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدَّرَاوَرْدِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ‏

‏ النَّاسُ كَإِبِلِ مِائَةٍ لاَ تَكَادُ تَجِدُ فِيهَا رَاحِلَةً ‏

‏ ‏.‏

Translation

English translation

It was narrated from ‘Abdullah bin ‘Umar that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:

“People are like a hundred camels; you can hardly find one worth riding among them.”
