Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نَصْرٍ، مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَلَفٍ الْعَسْقَلاَنِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا رَوَّادُ بْنُ الْجَرَّاحِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعْدٍ السَّاعِدِيُّ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ رَأَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ رَجُلاً يَتْبَعُ حَمَامًا فَقَالَ
شَيْطَانٌ يَتْبَعُ شَيْطَانًا
.
Translation
English translation
It was narrated that Anas bin Malik said:
"The Messenger of Allah(ﷺ) saw a man chasing a pigeon and said: 'A devil chasing a devil.'"
