حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ حَكِيمٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ، قَالَ عَرَضْتُ النَّهْشَةَ مِنَ الْحَيَّةِ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَأَمَرَ بِهَا ‏.‏

Translation

English translation

It was narrated that ‘Amr bin Hazm said:

“I recited the Ruqyah for snakebite to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), or it was recited to him, and he commanded that it be used.”
