Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، تَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ
كُلُّ شَرَابٍ أَسْكَرَ فَهُوَ حَرَامٌ
.
Translation
English translation
It was narrated from ‘Aishah, narrating it from the Prophet (ﷺ):
“Every drink that causes intoxication is unlawful.”
