6 Duas When feeling Bored
# 1
رَبِّ إِنِّيْ لِمَآ أَنْزَلْتَ إِلَيَّ مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَقِيْرٌ
Rabbi innī limā anzalta illayya min khayrin faqīr.
My Lord, truly I am in dire need of any good which You may send me.
(Quran 28:24)
# 2
اَللّٰهُمَّ إنَّا نَسْأَلُكَ مُوْجِبَاتِ رَحْمَتِكَ ، وَعَزَائِمَ مَغْفِرَتِكَ ، وَالسَّلَامَةَ مِنْ كُلِّ إِثْمٍ ، وَالْغَنِِيْمَةَ مِنْ كُلِّ بِرٍّ ، وَالْفَوْزَ بِالْجَنَّةِ ، وَالنَّجَاةَ مِنَ النَّارِ
Allāhumma innā nas’aluka mūjibāti raḥmatik, wa ʿazā’ima maghfiratik, wa-s-salāmata min kulli ithm, wal-ghanīmata min kulli birr, wal-fawza bil-Jannah, wa-n-najāta mina-n-nār.
Allāhumma innā nas’aluka mūjibāti raḥmatik, wa ʿazā’ima maghfiratik, wa-s-salāmata min kulli ithm, wal-ghanīmata min kulli birr, wal-fawza bil-Jannah, wa-n-najāta mina-n-nār.

# 3
اَللّٰهُمَّ مُصَرِّفَ الْقُلُوْبِ صَرِّفْ قُلُوْبَنَا عَلَىٰ طَاعَتِكَ
Allāhumma Muṣarrifa-l-qulūbi ṣarrif qulūbanā ʿalā ṭāʿatik.
O Allah, Changer of hearts, direct our hearts to Your obedience.
(Muslim 2654)
# 4
اَللّٰهُمَّ أَعِنِّيْ عَلَىٰ ذِكْرِكَ وَشُكْرِكَ وَحُسْنِ عِبَادَتِكَ
Allāhumma aʿinnī ʿalā dhikrika wa shukrika wa ḥusni ʿibādatik.
O Allah, help me in remembering You, in being grateful to You, and in worshipping You in an excellent manner.
Mu’ādh b. Jabal (raḍiy Allāhu ‘anhu) reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ took me by the hand and he said, “O Mu’ādh, I swear by Allah that I love you. I swear by Allah that I love you. O Mu’ādh, I advise you not to forget to supplicate after every prayer by saying: [the above]. (Abū Dāwūd 1522)
# 5
اَللّٰهُمَّ أَلْهِمْنِيْ رُشْدِيْ ، وَأَعِذْنِيْ مِنْ شَرِّ نَفْسِيْ
Allāhumma alhimnī rushdī, wa aʿidhnī min sharri nafsī.
O Allah, inspire me with sound guidance and protect me from the evil of myself
(Tirmidhī 3483)
# 6
اَللّٰهُمَّ لَا سَهْلَ إِلَّا مَا جَعَلْتَهُ سَهْلًا ، وَأَنْتَ تَجْعَلُ الْحَزْنَ إِذَا شِئْتَ سَهْلًا
Allāhumma lā sahla illā mā jaʿaltahū sahlā, wa anta tajʿalu-l-ḥazna idhā shi’ta sahlā.
“O Allah, there is no ease except in that which You have made easy, and You make the difficulty easy when You wish.”
(Ibn Hibbān 2427, Ibn al-Sunnī 351)
