حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْخُزَاعِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ مُحَارِبِ بْنِ دِثَارٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم: نِعْمَ الإِدَامُ: الْخَلُّ.

Jabir ibn 'Abdi’llah said:
Allah’s Messenger said (ﷺ): 'What an excellent condiment vinegar is!’”
